FAQ on Affiliates Platform Migration: From Income Access to GMG
Will all my marketing sources be transferred from Income Access to GMG AdmiralBet?
We will not transfer all marketing sources (Site ID from Income Access) to GMG AdmiralBet, so you will need to create your campaigns on the new platform. Please note that your current Income Access marketing source ID and URL will NOT be transferred.
Players will be transferred to GMG along with their assigned commission plans, but without the associated marketing source (Site ID or Acid).
If you have multiple marketing sources (Site ID), we recommend downloading the CSV/Excel file containing all the information so you can refer to it when accessing GMG. This will help you set up new campaigns on GMG when you update your links.

Can I access GMG AdmiralBet using my current credentials?
Good news! You will be able to access GMG AdmiralBet using your current Income Access username, but you will need to update your password.

How will my commission plans change during the transition to GMG AdmiralBet?
During the transition to GMG AdmiralBet, we will no longer support all the commission plans from the old Income Access platform. As a result, some of your commission plans may have been transferred to the most similar commission group on the GMG platform. We recommend downloading your current commission plan from Income Access and comparing it with the updated version on GMG AdmiralBet.
For affiliates with CPA or hybrid CPA plans, a minimum deposit and wagering requirement will need to be met, which will vary depending on the plan. These requirements are cumulative and will benefit the majority of affiliates with CPA/Hybrid plans.
Commissions on GMG AdmiralBet will be paid as a net total, including all components such as CPA, Revenue Share, Fixed Fee, or Minimum Guarantee, if applicable.
